EtEraser SE Endotoxin Removal Kit is designed to remove endotoxin lipopolysaccharides/LPS) contamination from aqueous solutions(proteins, antibodies, vaccine, nucleic acids, buffers and cell extracts ) with excellent sample recovery rate. The kit can remove more than 99% of endotoxin levels in protein samples within 2 hours. 
      EtEraser SE Endotoxin Removal kit utilizes food grade modified ε-poly-L-lysine , a high affinity ligand for endotoxins, to bind and remove endotoxin . The resin is agarose beads which is very stable and shows no cytotoxic effect to human body. After purification, there will no toxic residual remained in the samples. This endotoxin removal kit can be used in protein drugs, vaccines, antibodies, DNA/RNA, polysaccharide and other biological products. 
The kit includes a pre-packed endotoxin removal column 1.5 ml, Equilibration Buffer, Regeneration Buffer and pyrogen-free collection tube and tips.
